Belltech announces its alliance with Sipera Systems Belltech distributes
Belltech With this new agreement and Sipera, provide security solutions for VoIP, in Argentina, Chile and Peru
Bell Technologies (Belltech), a provider of integrated communications solutions and automation solutions for retail and corporate markets , announces its agreement with the company Sipera Systems. The aim of this partnership is, by working together with Belltech to initiate penetration of the Latin American market for VoIP security solutions developed by the company.
Sipera is one of the leading companies in security for VoIP, mobile and multimedia communications. The company enables companies and service providers to protect end users and network infrastructure from potential attacks, misuse and abuse of platforms with session-based protocols in real time. Typically, IP phones in a company leaves many open ports and services circulating that can easily be exploited by computer hackers or malicious users. To reverse this situation Sipera works with experts in vulnerability research, which concentrated its work on identifying vulnerabilities in networks SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), UMA (Inlicensed Mobile Access) and IMS (IP Multimedia System). All this is part of the basis of Sipera products IPCS, which provide security for IP communications applications and Instruments LAVA, which check the development of networks to withstand attacks.
Belltech-Sipera The alliance plans to jointly introduce the products on the market, and achieve the widest possible participation in Latin America, focusing on major customers in the region, with the aim of identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities before transformed into a major problem.
"We intend to introduce our products to market in conjunction with Belltech and achieve the widest possible participation," said Micaela Giuhat, Vice President of Business Development Sipera Systems. "Strategy and Belltech markets are very well aligned with those of Sipera, considering that is a leader in IP telephony integration and the main provider of Avaya in the markets of the region. We are proud to have found a company with excellent reputation for working in this market, "concludes the executive.
"We are delighted that a company as important as Sipera have trusted us to penetrate Latin America. This representation allows us as Belltech give a higher value service to our customers because it complements our current product offerings and services, "says Rodney Everard, CEO of Belltech.

A video about the environment
I have never spoken
by Tolga Ates
I have never spoken
the environment but I think that is a very important and a particular attention because meritarìa always more we can see the effects of what we do in nature. We are forcing the nature and if we are not going to change our behavior, reaching unimaginable consequences.
I always seem impressively videos about what we can lose and could deprive the next generations and advice to all who are interested, click on this link to watch a video. Takes only 3 minutes but between those who have looked liked me. We can still do much to help the world in which we live: One World
Taking Pepto Bismol With Cold
A possible look into the future
.. Science fiction become reality?
reading several articles on the Web, I searched for some interesting thoughts on what could become a reality in the near future, something that until now have always seen as an improvement worthy of fantasciencia film. First I searched the Aerotaxi, which may appear in more developed cities and begin a new era for the automobile. Then something that can also be seen if only elementary level: the spread of robots for menial labor. We already have some machines in the kitchens that appear from another world, we have yet to see real robots, work in the kitchen as they do people. Finally, and certainly not by its importance but because it represents something that already exists at a level of development, there will be new medical cures (thanks to nanotechnology) and in particular tumors.
Things Not To Do With Hip Bursitis
Questions and ideas about new technologies
relationship with the less developed countries: nanotechnology can reduce the gap between developed and third world?
This
debate is a central issue for its importance today for its potential. What are the consequences if, through nanotechnology, it sought a way to overcome the canker or AIDS? I do not think it is possible to predict what might happen with a discovery but it seems important to think how we could help the least developed countries in our research. For my lack an impostor humanitarian, why do you always represents the goal of these studies and expensive, is the possible gain by people who invests the money. Only a minority of investigations have approach which focuses on possible aid for the poor. In the most cases for me only bring new technology to a widening gap in the differences between more or less developed countries. Perhaps in the future when we will have a heightened sensitivity to everything that concerns people who have been less fortunate in life, we will focus more on their problems. I'm sure that has already started to become more important this aspect in the lives of people in developed countries but I always talk about a minority that can not do much to address the problems of many people. Would have to change the education of people from when they start school and the process of knowing everything that surrounds us. We should have more respect for the other and then we can help with our expertise, from elementary things to the most important and complex.
The development of new technologies and labor market
Another debate that arose with the development of new technology takes care of the labor market. In fact there are two different ways: on the one hand there are people who believe that technology will lead to the disappearance of many traditional jobs. On the other hand there are those who focus on new job opportunities, thanks to these same technologies. In my opinion, you can not see the new technology as a problem, but as the result of an evolution in the labor market. Then there will be fewer jobs to work but different topologies. A novelty is the largest gap between different areas of work. Knowledge is what is known in the professionalism of the people. Today a simple example of what I said two areas of care that they never had anything to do: electrical engineering and biology. In fact the areas of these materials have been crossed and now the result is that the sector has been created (if you can define), are now looking at a development phase and the two are always more related fields. You can also find many other examples, in particular to nanotechnology. These new technologies have shot down the barriers between different sectors and so the people working in the field must always be ready and informed information of any kind.
Nanotechnology: To what extent it makes sense to influence the natural course of life? Probably
nanotechnology as we have said will help us overcome many problems and diseases that characterize our era. Make fruit more attractive to see and resist the weather and acid rain (which we have caused to our business and living habits.) People will live longer and perhaps taso go down the mortality in many countries. We can create a clone to have a source of life if we have diseases in any part of our body (the last year this issue was the center of a very important debate in Italy). But to what extent do you sense that? When the barrier is unlike what is right and crashing against nature? And who can define the confines of immorality?

Google: Why does the king of the digital space, is the company that takes care of its human resources?
The creators of Google have always shown their particular interest in human resources. In fact this company is based on creativity and innovative ideas that can give Google the characteristics that differentiate other firms, making it the undisputed world leader in its field. They have been the first who decided to take care of employees with particular attention, but the difference respect to the others is that they have known how to sell this idea and made it a real business. In fact what they seek in employees, not just a Google product knowledge, but a willingness to take people in the external environment continuously to develop new ideas. Then the human resources department of the company, you always have contact with about 300 teachers around the world to hear at any time the best and most appropriate students for this work. I love to think as a company so large and whose product is totally "digital", bases its success in people. Not just the final grades to choose who will work for the company, but a number of characteristics: ease teamwork, flexibility, ability to concretize their innovative ideas and passion for his work . Then what the company offers in the workplace, to myself must be a way to motivate employees continuously, while the routine win. The company management decided how to treat their employees, based primarily on research, where people had to say everything that he did not like the other companies, of This way Google could quit. In short, in my opinion the human resource policy of Google, represents much of its success and therefore, even if it is also going ahead, the company tries to maintain a unique culture, where human capital is the competitive advantage that differentiates the company of all others. Also a consequence of this attention is the loyalty , that the development of products such as Google, make a difference (just imagine how much they could spend Yahoo! or msn to know the Google algorithm or products under development) . So when there are thousands of employees, loyalty is a problem that must not be underestimated.

There is a relationship between quality and safety in cheap flights?
In my opinion there is a relationship between the two. The process of "re-engineering " has only aspect of quality care and has not lessened the level of flight safety. But here is another point of view concerned that I have discussed with my ideas. The related blog is my companion that continues to have more confidence in flights more expensive.

Oriocenter: cheap flights and development of the largest commercial center of Italy
Oriocenter is a mall that is in Bergamo, a few kilometers from the airport " Orio al Serio " and is the largest in Italy nowadays. The airport is a very convenient destination for people who have to arrive in the North of Italy (in fact the train is not far from other tourist destinations well as Verona, Vicenza, Venice, Turin, Genoa and not far from the Italian Switzerland), also is high respect for the other airports of Milan (Malpensa and Linate). With the success we have had low-cost airlines, this airport has seen an incredible development for its strategic position and has made a point of riferimento for the same. In the list of companies that come to "Orio al Serio ( click here to see ) there is only the cheap, but they own those who have enabled their success. The case of Oriocenter is strictly related to the airport. This mall used to represent a store just for airport workers who wanted to rest and also by the passengers who had to wait quite some time. Now it has become the largest shopping center in Italy with over 200 stores in just 2 plants and firms of all genres, divided by type (dresses, decoration, electronics, ...) and plants ( click here.) Some examples: by Zara clothing, Tezenis, Intimissimi, MelaBlu, Replay, United Colors of Benetton, Celio, Max & Co, for shoes Foot Loker, Bata, Italian and Pittarello Scarpa, for Mediaworld electronics, TIM, Wind, 3, Voice, by furnishing Kasanova, Zucchi, Bassetti, Divani & Divani, for leisure Universo Sport, Trudi, Giunti, La Feltrinelli, for the care of the person and property Bottega Verde, Samsonite, Swatch, Profumeria Douglas Mandarina Duck, plus ice cream, solar facilities, gym FitnessFirst, McDonald's, pizzerias, Chinese restaurants and many bars . Without fail there are all the most famous Italian brands and also other brands that are popular in Europe. Trying to understand because he has had all this success, I finally looked this center has been developed primarily as a place where you can spend a quiet day between stores and between a lot of services and restaurants. So the people of Northern European countries used to catch a cheap flight to come to Italy to purchase. It might seem absurd, but the English in this way can be purchase directly from the land of fashion, which lies just a few hours on the plane where you can also eat well and change is favorable. So cheap flights in this case allow a different day of the others, and can be arranged at a time without notice. So the mall is a perfect example of what low cost airlines, they can move into the local economy of an area. This example it's particularly significant in Italy, cambiamiento speed and scale of all the services offered. At the end of cheap flights, have a larger market for normal flights. The process re-engineering has actually brought new market segments and has moved the way for travel.

I want to emphasize the comments on other posts from my classmates. In fact there are views ritengo Diferenzia interests because much of my opinion about contextual advertising and perhaps a debate is born ... "global advertising or contextual advertising? a vision of advertising on TV today. Gaubeka Beñat thought that contextual advertising more effective. In my opinion I think that for some products the pile of information that can search the web, it makes no sense (eg for snacks and drinks such as Coca Cola and Pepsi) while product-specific, contextual advertising is better. Also if we still have time for a selection of useful information. Advertise with famous people . This aspect seems to me's particularly interested. I also think it's important to treat the image of the brand and that some products, the effect on sales is fairly straightforward (eg, adolescents and cosmetics). It is also important to choose carefully the famous person represents the brand.

Contextual advertising: advantages and disadvantages
Internet has represented an innovation in all fields of the economy and communication has changed in many ways our thinking and why I think may be interested to reflect on their advertising. Could advertising's future? What advantages and what disadvantages are there? Can be considered a global advertising, but I think it is necessary to consider each country as a specific case. In particular if I al'Italia, my country, I feel behind in the use of Internet for the countries of Northern Europe. Companies still prefer to spend much money on advertising on radio or TV advertising in context. There is even a festival of advertising, each year, which reward the best and the most fun. In fact a very funny ad on TV for me is more effective than an ad on the Web. Perhaps it could be why as advertising in normal media, are an established reality, advertising is still in process of development, but it is difficult to predict what will be in future. At present the benefits of contextual advertising is that it costs less and is still universal. Enjoy the digital space, the common area around the world and economic base of the communication. Then also provides a minor adjustment compared to advertising in specific media in each country. The people who see it, you have a bit of confidence with globalization (think Google AdSense, you have to find something to look at contextual advertising and even at the time of writing a word in the form we are in contact with an appropriate network not limited to our country). Besides the fact that the advertising costs less to compete globally to all companies that have few financial resources. So if you have innovative features and others are better known, will have another opportunity to put into light. For me the worst aspect of contextual advertising is usually more impersonal than traditional advertising (with this end I refer to the TV, radio and press) and that demands a particular attention for those who are looking for: Indeed there are a lot of information, we have to select and compare. At the end I still think now most people are suspicious in this advertisement and prefers to indulge in what is already known and already an established reality (like the other ads and the brands they already know from experience or why they are in their countries). But I'm also sure that in future is relocating and distrust there will be about finding ways to make safer, more specific and accurate. interested

What is the relationship between all the photos in the image I have chosen ? It was right that all these images are used by Google to increase CTR for contextual advertising. Since late June the testing comes as a test for all countries. I think that Google bought a package of images, sorted by theme and they decided to remove some that were not to their liking.

ZARA today: THE FLEXIBILITY OF A WORLD COLOSO
Zara is a company born in 1975 in Spain and was innovative because it could cover new market segments and of enormous potential: in fact his product has always been fashion designer clothes and cheap and a continuing focus on trends. In the process of internationalization were important acquisitions made in different areas: bought chains with different products such as Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Oysho, ... and also acquired holdings in automotive, construction and banking. And linking different sectors and learning from each, something that could be useful for others. It was therefore an important holding call Inditex which now has more than 3000 stores in different countries of the world (the shops look after their 8 strings but the most important is Zara: There are over 1000 shops of this brand). After this brief summary of your story, I must stress that I retain more interested in the case Zara, which is the flexibility of your organization: How can such a large company, working in a centralized manner, without a formally defined organizational chart? The HR director said: "We should propose any model would be immediately obsolete." It seems impossible, but the strength of your organization lies, for me, in an amazing way of formalization of information systems, which together with the centralization and socialization system (ie the process of knowledge of the local managers of corporate culture) leads to a strategy for global success. So for me this case is very interested because I think Zara perfectly integrated many aspects of globalization, holding them in a strategic plan for success: a globalization characterized by its continuous adaptation to the trends and also for the planning of a single global product . A very flexible organization and flow efficient communication, and finally a capacity to innovative use of technologies and strategies in other sectors already consolidated (as de l'automobile, which seems to have no nothing to do with clothing). So you do not believe you're business can be considered as an emblem the "knowledge economy", or as the emblem of the "economy of communication"?

tools Importance public system in the development of ICTs
consider this aspect of the new economy as essential for the economy of a country. Well, I think, considering the size of the public sector, a public demand stimulation may be useful to support a demonstration effect and learning and encourage the use of ICTs. The e-government brings many advantages and is being developed in many countries. I have been able to find the first steps that some countries have made in this direction: for 7 years in the United States, it became possible to compile the statement of the profits on the Web and some public institutes put online the potential for insurance. Other borders have been selling services and goods of the Public Administrations and the chance to participate in competitions contracts by public operators. The most obvious advantage is the expenditure, as a public sector development through ICTs can enable a high savings. Perhaps this in the future may bring the public sector not to be more a critical factor for the finances of countries but to be a strong strategic point.

B2B Portals: an example of the use of ICT in the traditional economy
Portals " business to business" have been very successful and have diffused rapidly in the last years of last century, particularly for supplies made by large enterprises or enterprise networks. A representative example is the agreement between Ford, Daimler-Chrysler and GM (General Motors) made some years ago a common portal that would provide the entire market supply of the 3 companies. There are many examples, but what I think is important to note is the innovation of online relations with suppliers: in fact allowed to facilitate the changes, which are electronic and do not need the many bureaucratic papers, before the prolonged time of action . The main economic advantages are as follows: first there is just the transaction costs in the implementation of changes (for the communication between suppliers and customers more quickly and easily done), secondly the portals are made through collaboration between different suppliers, thereby creating economies of scale in supply (eg as more transport providers caring together), and third and last, the increase of potential competition (also because the gates are open networks). In addition, these portals have some limits as the need for complementary investments and reorganizations in logistics. Besides, in cases of products with specific design or features, websites can be inconvenient. At the end can be inconvenient for some providers because it allows a direct comparison between many companies and has been proven that traditional methods of competition reaches half discounts 15% of the price, compared to 25% discount online markets characterized (data sought on the website of the Financial Times and caring in 2000)

the new economy and knowledge economy
Terms such as digital economy, new economy and also "knowledge economy" are terms that refer to cambiamiento of the traditional economy, which especially in the last decade, have been a phenomenon that also if you care attention in recent years of the last century resizing and world stock markets difficulties of any dot.com company to find customers and investors, bring us to reflect on the nature and consequences of this phenomenon, which is part of the globalization process so that takes care of the developed countries and greater differentiation across the countries in the developing world.
In fact, the impact will ICT sector (ie Information & Communication Technology) is just one part on the PIL, since in the U.S. (the country where it is most important to this sector) in 2000 represented only l ' 8% qua was a higher percentage compared to European countries where the average was circa 6-7% (and particularly my country, that is l 'Italia, where the ICT only accounted for 4% of the PIL). Then you may recognize as the sector is not so important if seen without regard to their influence on other sectors, since it is interesting to consider in particular as his influences on productivity growth in the remainder of the economy. According to what the teacher thinks Alfonso Gambardella University of Pisa (Italy), I think the main problems of this phenomenon are twofold: First, the transmission of growth impulses in the ICT sectors of the remaining the economy, and deepen second root of the problem of transmission is not sought in the technological problem but a problem of organizational and institutional.
What I think is important is that the economic potential of technological development care largely organizational and institutional factors and not direct and immediate effects of a technology, also the potential of a technology can be squeezed fully only if they are part of a more general process cambiamiento the transformations, complementary organizational and institutional innovations. Well, we can conclude that never becomes very important innovation Top-down and also needed the actions of the operators and the markets themselves.

What is globalization? Some thoughts on this phenomenon
"automatic impact phenomenon, and global instant that occurs in the field of social, economic and financial, which is caused mainly by the combined action of information technology and communications, and mass media. Uncontrolled globalization is having negative effects that are undergoing significant social opposition and being studied by governments in order to implement control mechanisms, among which is the so-called Tobin Tax, which would tax international financial flows. expansion of capital markets, goods, services, labor and information across national borders. political, economic, social and ecological currently taking place at planetarium, for which there is increasingly greater economic interaction between them and other places, by far they are under the control of big business capitalists ( http://www.definicion.org/globalizacion ). It seems A complete definition and can satisfy Drop In, but I think this may be only one possible definition of this phenomenon, because we can not so universally accepted answer in this question: so what is undeniable is that the Globalization is a phenomenon that raises many different debates. So my idea is that if you ask a definition to someone living in Europe, responded to a very than someone living in Africa or India, probably because they have known this phenomenon for all purposes, which are numerous in different countries. I want to emphasize the aspect that is most innovative and makes the difference between "globalization" and "globalization", which represents the process of internationalization of politics and economics of the countries until 20 years ago, when mostly through the innovation and technical systems training began the phenomenon of globalization. For me most innovative l'aspect has been the creation of a new space where communication: a virtual and digital, other than a place to meet, and Internet is the basis of this innovation, and eliminates the problem of barriers to communication practices between countries distant from one another. The result is a new way of looking at relationships between people and countries, different cultures and realities. This does not mean that solves all problems to communicate with other countries, and indeed we must consider that there are many cultural barriers puedon not remove this space, but represents a way to begin to know and keep in touch easier than before . Then this phenomenon has led to workers who want to improve their working life, to specialize also considering options outside of its borders, now more than ever. Finally It is these characteristics that make possible the overall economy, and the difference to the process of "globalization" that existed before, is the level of improvement, legalization and formalization of the systems. As I said, many questions attached to this phenomenon, and a theme that is particularly important is what is observed such effects in different cultures, mainly, the gap between developed countries that participate actively in this process of continuous knowledge and third world countries or developing, is that the latter always seem to further this improvement with respect to technology and not participating in the process of change, but holding it, introducendo a global culture without the possibility of protecting their own culture. In fact, my view is that culture "global" is not the result of an exchange between different cultures but the diffusion of a culture (in particular a culture ocidental), extending in different countries to adapt the minimum possible to be accepted. On the other hand I think the term "global" refers not to the content of this culture but its diffusion.
Just think about some names of multinationals that are present in almost all countries, which owe their success or a good part of it to his popularity: McDonald's, Footlocker, Nike, Coke, Pepsi, ... and many more. Particularly significant
consider the case of McDonald's fast-food restaurant's success, as long as they know it's not so healthy. This example invites us to reflect on the causes of their success, and my conclusion is that its strength is that it represents a meeting point in all countries, but "it is better known evil than good to know " by what many people prefer to eat there before trying something new. Different interpretations of globalization reefs
Different pensiero reefs which are concentrated on puedon be the Effects of Globalization. We recognize two main reefs opposing pensiero: on the one hand there is the positive filone the authors of the Harvard Business School who consider technology as a base element of the phenomenon of globalization, an element that allows to break down the barriers and create a rete structure. In this vein, we also BA Lundvall and B. Johnson that focus on learning interattivo through cooperation and the different countries work together.
Furthermore, we emphasized the negative aspects and one of the authors most Eisendstadt rapresentativos is reflecting on the problem of too much attention on material things and not all that interested in the feelings and passions of people, as long ago, so it is born inside a gap in people, characterized gap gives a sense of alienation and social emargination in people. Another position I am concerned I have come across is that of Negroponte not talking about the problems per person but considers how globalization can at the same time creating a common space for many different countries and further widen the gap between the advanced countries and the countries in process of development, which tengon to access resources Data was obtained from them.
